Your voter registration could be at risk 🚨
A federal tool called SAVE was used to flag Texas voters as potential noncitizens — and it made mistakes. More than 5% of flagged voters in Texas were confirmed U.S. citizens. A federal judge ruled in June 2026 that the system "haphazardly combined and repurposed the private information of millions of Americans, including citizenship data that they knew to be unreliable."
